Elders, memory problems & rehabilitation
In India, the senior population is increasing daily. Memory problems in elderly age are becoming increasingly prevalent. Memory loss manifests itself in a variety of ways as we age. This talk will discuss the many varieties of dementia with an emphasis on Alzheimer's disease, its signs and symptoms. The mechanisms by which neuroplasticity and rehabilitation approaches function in the treatment of memory loss will be discussed in detail. The lecture would provide tips on how to improve the elderly's memory and mental wellness.
